Bonjour,
I am responding to Christophe's initial publication, above.
I learned about this site relatively recently, I'm sort of landing,
and I haven't read it all yet.
I am retired, located on the north Ardèche, I worked mainly in transport,
alternately as a road worker and as a diesel mechanic.
I always had a taste for the diesel engine,
however since the appearance of very high pressure injection,
I neglected - lack of time - to keep abreast of this evolution of the injection pumps.
I started to hear speaking - orally and a few rare writings - in the mid sixties,
adding water to improve combustion in engines,
and therefore for the improvement of their thermal efficiency.
I always had the idea of trying to do some test montages in this direction,
but for lack of time I never got started.
I react here to the idea of gathering and complementing know-how,
as part of a sort of Spanish inn.
Without going any further I would say that it seems to me to be an interesting track.
Friendly.
Jan Aymar.

Hello,
I live next to salon de provence.
I have a 1.9D clio.
lots of friends who tinker in mechanics;)
envy.
I do not have
too much time
mechanical knowledge (but computer science yes)
so if some of you are demonstrating in the south-east, I would like to arrange to come and see how it works, and try afterwards.
Good luck alx

Well, I'm also in the hot sun of Provence, in Aix en Provence.
My knowledge in mechanics is quite limited except in the field of horse-drawn mechanics!
Having said that, as a DIY handyman and curious in front of the eternal, and active volunteer with associations, I have a lot of contacts that can be useful!
So I add my modest contribution in the pig ... as Master Capello would say!
