I don't know why but it doesn't work well (Internet Explorer) I would try at home with Opera or other software, or else it's completely cluttered.
I guess it reminds us of the good advice of the '74s, not to waste energy, properly inflate your tires, turn off the lights (and appliances on standby), etc ...
It's a shame that we only remember it in the event of a crisis.
