Palm oil: the sad renunciation of Hulot
Re: Palm oil: the sad renunciation of Hulot
Izentrop, you ask yourself:
This term includes all those, and there are many, who sincerely wish for profound societal change, simply by establishing a few rules and without touching the essentials. This deep illusion stems from their ignorance of the determinisms involved. A "moral capitalism" (since moralized!) Is a figure of oxymoron, a definitive nonsense.
What is an altercapitalist?

During the last presidential elections the NPA(new anti-capitalist party) promised to want to establish the minimum wage at € 1800.
Increasing the minimum wage by approximately 600 euros / month leads to an increase in all salaries below 2500 euros in order to guarantee equality between employees (1), that is to say of the majority of workers in France (50% of employees earn less than 1800 euros / month).
In the very hypothetical situation where such a thing happened it would have the effect of significantly increasing household consumption.
To take trivial examples: the family who did not go on vacation could take a vacation, the one who went on vacation to Palavas les Flot would go to Morocco or Cuba etc ... Those who did not have a car would buy one and those who could only have one would have two etc ... etc
In the end, such measures would only boost the rents of the wealthy.Because if the rich are rich it is simply that a mass of poorer people consume the products sold by the former, this is the essence of capitalism.
The main measures to arrive at this state of affairs would consist in limiting tax evasion, taxing large fortunes and investing in renewables (2) history of greening the entropic disaster.
So the parties of the ultra left basically propose to achieve a economic loop: punctuate on one side to redistribute on the other, generating a very temporary boost in growth.
The idea of Universal Income is based on the same principle.
1) Compulsory because if a CAP is paid as a holder of BTS what would be the use of studying? It is therefore necessary to increase the wages located a slice or two above to avoid the general dissatisfaction of the workers.
2) tax evasion is linked to the miraculous profits of monopolies, themselves being the result of consumer society.
By avoiding the taxation of their countries, large companies can maintain their competitiveness, in order to grow ever more ... not sure that boosting the power of its companies and people at their head does not solve the problem ...
Not sure either that the increase in consumption solves the ecological problem!

I was not quick enough to answer, but I welcome it because Sen-no-sen did it beautifully for me!
Among other altercapitalists, there are also the "appalled economists", "Attac", the 99% ...; non-exhaustive list.
Historically, the victory of the Popular Front in 1936 was a magnificent affair for all right-wing circles who were, however, in their unconsciousness, viscerally hostile to the reforms it promised.

Re: Palm oil: the sad renunciation of Hulot
this phenomenon occurred in 68 and the trick was to pass from the coefficient of 100 to that of (?) let's put 130, which means that the laborer saw his salary join that of an OS1 without this one don't get another franc (except personal initiative of the employer)), that is to say of the majority of workers in France (50% of employees earn less than 1800 euros / month).
In the very hypothetical situation where such a thing happened it would have the effect of significantly increasing household consumption.
In the end, this created dissatisfaction among the injured and the balance was gradually restored, but at a new coefficient of 130 while retaining the base of 100 for all employees.
Not crazy the wasp!

Yes, the power of money is relative, but it is above all its absolute variations that are perceived.

It is for this reason that this measurement cannot be carried out as is.
The concept of Universal Income as for it circumvents this problem by pouring (theoretically) to everyone the same sum.
But these are relatively simplistic measures in reasoning since they systematically elude the long-term consequences.
We will not stop inequality or poverty by increasing the cause of these ...
It is therefore necessary to act on the deep levers of the system, unfortunately politicians cannot in essence engage in such a game because it would simply consist in annihilating their goodwill ...
Thanks for the compliment!
I forgot to mention the alter-ecologists, who are obviously in the same vein ...
