no more than in VHF, UHF, SHF ... up to ionizing frequencies where it sucks. But then it is a threshold effect linked to the frequency and not to the intensity of the field (a single X or γ photon can ionize, but not 1 million radio photons. To understand, see "the photoelectric effect", which earned Einstein his Nobel; a pity that it was not for relativity).
the 800 or 900MHz gsm is still discussing the danger ... to 2,5GHz wifi or microwave we know that it is dangerous to put your hand in a furnace 800W but wifi does not 800 W
At these frequencies, the thermal effect is the only danger now recognized, rightly of course.
