this decree is a shame.
the state once again gave in to industrial lobbies, which probably saw their profits diminish in the face of the rise in the use of "natural" methods by individuals.
The latter indeed understood that they could manufacture these products themselves and thus save. But our capitalist society will do everything for us to consume, even if it means denying us freedom of expression and contradicting its own ecological policy which turns out more dummy and useless than ever.
