No, take a closer look.
It stops around 2011 or 2012.
There are many points on the graph after the 2006 label for the horizontal axis.

Yes. Indeed. It was I who was wrong !!! Each "bar", on the x-axis, is 5 years, so we have gone beyond 2011, in fact.
