This is Etienne CHOUARD

He is a teacher, indeed ... of economy-management according to wikipedia. :P

He is a money creation activist who, according to him, should exclusively report to the State.

Thank you very much!

Big question indeed, I confirm (again!) That in the flight of Manager and business organizer the educational program failed to speak of the "monetary creation", while I saw recently, in workshops for very young people, that we didn't talk about it either, but that we stuffed their heads with the idea that "the company had to produce enough value to pay wages and pay dividends to shareholders ..." [sic] Good, dedicated little soldiers ... who know nothing else in short! What about R&D in provident funds, reserves, etc.

Now some people doubt how the nan system works? ... And how through "models" represented for example through "SA" (we plan the business economy and de facto their indebtedness), the system means that companies have little control and easily escape from the very people they are supposed to serve (workers, managers and managers ... or even customers ...) and this by current laws accepted from the economy, with the danger (calculated?) of falling into the hands of speculators (I’m enlarging).

... Even if I do not do in the paradigm, I see a big paradox in truth: because on the one hand we put everything in the hands of "the market economy" for "motivate men" and on the other hand, there is complete demotivation by the leverage effect applied through what debt implies and what it brings to the detriment of the service it is supposed to provide (restructuring, relocation, even bankruptcy or absorption.).

For the substantive question: would we not have skillfully substituted one problem (the motivation of the man at work) by another "need for restraint"...? The "new management" which goes in the direction of perpetual reforms and restructurings embarking workers / leaders in an endless story, wouldn't it also serve to blur the tracks ...? Are you trying to hide your eyes for not finding real pragmatic answers to the real problems of workers and entrepreneurs?

The goal of the company is to serve people and therefore society above all. And not what I see as the organization of a system of predation which goes to the opposite end of the taking of "responsibility" and thus of the motivation of the man at work, of his evolution and especially of his development in the society.
