Eco-loan and Tax Credit

by pmp97 » 10/11/09, 11:27

Hello,

What you say is totally wrong. The zero-rate tax credit and eco-loan can be cumulated subject to resources (Reference tax home less than € 45, 000 years before the request).

Here is an article on eco-loan which gives a link to the text of the official tax bulletin which talks about eco-loan. Appointment in subsection 4, page 7 (Articles 16, 17 and 18):

http://blog.evea-renovation.com/les-aides-financieres/beneficier-de-leco-pret-a-taux-zero-ou-eco-ptz-ou-pret-ecolo-travaux-a-taux-0/

The non-cumulation will take effect from January 1, 2011.

Sincerely,

Be careful though before signing (a quote and tax declaration) because this subject reminds me of this one:

https://www.econologie.com/forums/france-sub ... t5516.html

Even tax specialists and accountants are not all there so it quickly changes these tax credits ...

To read also on the same subject: https://www.econologie.com/forums/arnaques-e ... t5520.html
