Crustaceans and CO2

by mattgogo » 04/03/09, 16:43

Nowadays, it seems that any planetary activity could be bad for the environment: even the crustaceans can upset the environment ??

Look at this

I think it's pretty funny ... the ecology goes a little too far?

Bonjour.

and ... Pffff!

Typical reaction of stupor at the complexity of the world.

Ecology is a science, it goes as far as it can.

Question: Is the complexity of the world accessible to human understanding?
Or in other words: Is it possible for humanity to "manage" an environment whose functioning mechanisms may escape it forever?

What I find less funny is the disguised spam that you do with your "colleague": it bothers me not to launch a subject with a link to another site but you need a minimum of content in the subject so that we understand at least what are you talking about without having to visit the link ...

In fact, according to the article, these are releases not of CO2 but of N2O due to the metabolism of nitrates, nitrogen pollutants. The title of the subject should therefore be molluscs and greenhouse effect.

So we come back to an anthropogenic origin, with an intermediary, the mollusc or the insect larva here.

Other human activities, rice cultivation, cattle breeding, open dumps, etc. cause the release of greenhouse gases.
