I had read somewhere (obviously I don't know where <_ <) that the hydrogen doping on fuel oil engines such as electro generator sets at constant speed could reach a very high concentration of hydrogen and almost more diesel, just enough to ignite the gas in fact, like a ration of 95% gas for 5% GB ...

We find ourselves in the configuration of an explosion front, except that instead of the spark of a candle that provokes it, it is the combustion of the injected and igniting gasoil that causes the explosion some gas. That's why it takes a little more fuel injection to replace the candle.

Y always need a carbon element in fact! either oil or diesel! The quasiturbine is not commercial or very expensive so not possible!
if you really have to add something, I prefer it to be oil, at least it's not fossil! I would still like to find a way to no longer have carbon in fuels!

When will we have the right to stop using oil?

Hello everyone
I come to a certain answer about this diesel to hydrogen fuel, 1st time for those who want to modify their engine, I suggest that they do it on an external engine as an apprenticeship, I want to say that the hydrogen diesel engine really exists is it is not from today, to check its give, go to an American Canadian site is you will find your happiness, last things to say, this net not give, the cost can very quickly go up from 750 us at 1000 see 2000 us, but its worth it.
hey, have a good day everyone.

Yes thank you but I already knew that :)

Do you have concrete examples to show? Kind of videos?

The world's first tug powered by dual-fuel technology

Tugs generally use medium-speed diesel engines adapted to dual-fuel technology. These engines have already been proven in other industries, providing a low-risk solution for tug owners and operators. The dual-fuel hydrogen tug is a new opportunity for businesses, services and industry to reduce their emissions.

The Hydrotug arrived in Ostend in 2022. The vessel will contain the hydrogen system and when completed it will be operated by the Port of Antwerp as part of an integrated greening program for the Port of Antwerp's fleet. Antwerp-Bruges. The deployment of the Hydrotug is an important step in the transition to a climate-neutral port by 2050.
