Pesticides: standard agriculture cohabitation - dwellings

by fabio.gel » 20/08/08, 12:00

Hello
I live next to a field and every year I literally get sprayed with pesticide, herbicide, anti fungal and so on.
I went to the town hall but nobody moved.
I sent an email to Greenpeace and they kicked in touch too.

: Cry:

So I start air purification in the house, after a search on the net I came across this product:

I do not think that such a device changes anything ... to heavy chemical pollution as you describe them ...

On the other hand in your case I will contact a state or independent organization to oblige to measure air at home: if there are really agricultural pesticides you can probably try something.

Try to see with ADEME, APAVE or DRIRE ... they will advise even if they are not specialized in agriculture.

Can you pass us Greenpeace's response to "see" please?

Hello,
you can maybe use purifying plants at home (phycus, etc .. see good topic on this site) and hedges / trees along your fence?

if not yes filter the air, have the filter analyzed and file a complaint, it would be nice, if there is an association already exists, who will be a civil party in this case ;-)

+ 1 with jonule ... to see who?

Air pollution associations are more likely to deal with industrial pollution (heating, transport) than with agricultural products ...

Otherwise you should show this video to your neighbor:

hi Christophe
I took my hand and picked up the phone
1) I call ADEME he sends me back to the DDASS
2) I call DDASS he sends me back to the DDA (departmental direction of agriculture)
3) I call the DDA, he sends me back to the DRIRE
4) I call the DRIRE (and the answer is not here we have to do with the DDA : Evil:

I will call back the DDA

Ah well I had not seen too bad then :)

Try the APAVE if there is one in your area. They are the ones who do the measurements.

It going ...

by fabio.gel » 20/08/08, 14:21

So I recalled the DDA which finally found me a phone number.

This is the protection of plants.

But I can not reach the person until tomorrow morning.

I asked them the following question:

"Is there a regulatory distance for the spraying of hazardous materials between the farm and the home?"

I'll have the answer tomorrow ...

Hello,
Oh yes, if you get to have a precise answer on the regulations, it can serve a lot of people !!

This is indeed the administration, which has made great progress in recent years for the service of users by creating the "hot potato management" services ... : Mrgreen:
