Are we sure it is authentic? I googled it, only a hundred answers, and almost that inventors of machines not perfected.

Being a Nobel Prize winner does not prevent you from talking nonsense ....

To meditate too.

Anyway, for anyone who knows a little physics, Heisenberg is post-Nobel. You do not specify that Einstein is Nobel, many Nobels are nothing compared to him.

Same thing for Heisenberg. Compared to him, the Nobel Prizes since the beginning of this century are jokes.

So I rephrase:

Being Heisenberg or Einstein (or whoever it is) does not prevent us from saying nonsense.

To talk nonsense, sometimes.

But to be seen abusively attributing sentences as a bad argument of authority, or getting out of their context in a way that shows that we have understood nothing in the original sense, much more often!

The worst being Einstein, of course: any sentence on science whose author has been forgotten is attributed to Einstein.

simple system to test for harry

by forestgump » 02/02/10, 18:23

I read this queue with great interest.
Harry's prototype is far too complicated to make.
It would be easier to build something very simple and "out of line" to show that the system cannot work, despite appearances:

Take a wheel with 4 spokes, at the end of each spoke is fixed a hammer or more exactly a mass. This mass is articulated and fixed to the spoke with a system of pawls which means that the mass can only rotate in one direction. Each mass is thus found in an identical position when the wheel turns. Each mass is inclined and causes the wheel to turn clockwise. On the right side, the mass is further from the axis of rotation than on the right side.
So, will it turn or not turn ???

Will not turn!

No desire at all to explain why and to get bogged down in an endless debate!

Those who believe that it will turn out have only to make a prototype if they have time to lose!

I try everything and to no avail!

If you find a stone at the top of a mountain, do you think that the energy it has from its position at the top depends on the path by which it arrived at this position?

Hello everybody

I quote Capt_Maloche:
you can see for yourself that the sum of the forces is zero, and that in motion, it is downright negative.

Maybe I'm wrong, but a sum of negative force means that there is a force in the opposite direction, right?
Could you mean negative energy, which means that if we put the wheel in motion, it will lose energy until it returns to its original position, stops it.

But if you use the word force well, I think then that the wheel turns but in the opposite direction.

Please note, I am not saying anything, I just want to have an explanation of what you have indicated.

I would like to create a prototype, just to see what it will give ... but given the precision that must be had, I do not have the budget for that.
