Ah, well here we are reassured.

So it's not a stupid thread like other threads of this forum.
It's just a thread that will get nowhere, as I said before.

See you in a few pages. : Lol:

Yes, but that does not prevent you from adding fuel to the fire by creating yet another thread on the same niche: why do this? :|

Good I see that it is left in large!
I admit Gege Personally I would not have created another thread on the subject, "sensitive" moreover!
But hey, I'm not a mother to anyone.

why we don't have a truce?
We stop posting on this subject, interested people will see on the sidewalk opposite and that's it.

I am looking for a solution because quibbles, jibes followed by threats are not very clear on a forum green !!

Bad.
In the greens, we get a lot of yells, like between Cohn Bendit and Placé.

It is true that it feels good to be able to let go from time to time :P
This kind of relation would undoubtedly have more its place in the subject "blow of mouth and conviviality".

I wonder if there is any point in wanting to convince.

convince, transitive verb

Meaning To bring to admit the truth of a fact, persuade someone

Do humans do anything other than that? By nature, humans always believe that ... something! ... and seek to find an echo in their convictions by sharing.
Example: forums, conferences, education system, school, etc ...

Certainly.
But my question was to know if the fact of wanting to convince, whatever the altruistic reasons or not (for example to fight to escape a feeling of loneliness) is a good thing, and if that does not concern mental manipulation. Shouldn't we better limit ourselves to transmitting objective information, and let the interlocutor free of his opinions without trying to influence him in one way or another?
