Many analogies are made with the behavior of fluids or gases.

I looked at the file from afar
on the "pipe" of the magnetic field I made the connection
with Thane's induction motor on overunity
maybe there is something to dig the top?

Yes Tagor, with the chalice of Jarck also.
All this comes close to the Vortex type phenomena.

We must continue to gather elements because the field is vast.

I also make the connection with Boutard and its rhomboidal forms ...
a kind of magnetic vortex

Hello everyone, :D

Yes Tagor exact I will collect some documents among my pile !!
and we will talk about it again during the week.

To take up Jonule's post, it is easy to reproduce a "tesla" coil and compare it to a traditional coil.

just to see, out of curiosity, come on what, a little busy volunteer? :D

can you draw the 2 coils to test?
because I soon finished my "basic test" assembly

Ben, the coil drawn above and another with the same ferrite core and a winding in the same direction with the same copper and the same number of turns but in traditional layers, not in stairs like the so-called "Tesla" coil

for AWG conversions:
http://www.2devs.com/spip/Conversion-AWG-US-vers-mm.html

the core of the coil is not ferrite but magnetite.
apoc used iron oxide + resin:

bill muller generator:
http://www.theverylastpageoftheinternet.com/research/replicate/blacksand.htm

a small translation (notes well the comment in red):

"
In most electronics or power cores, silicon iron or electric steel laminations are used.
This type of stratification causes hysteresis losses where by heating occurs resulting in losses in power efficiency.
In this invention, a highly efficient core of iron oxide, (amorphous metal) it is packaged together with any suitable resin or plastic or is compacted and enclosed in a sealed container. The resulting product or products become the core off any electronic device or power. This nucleus shows low hysteresis losses because the material immediately responds to the magnetic field and immediately becomes random when the magnetic field is removed. According to the Muller bill, this material is formed when molten magnetite strikes sea water and splinters as it solidifies. The material that works the best is a combination of Fe3O4, Fe2O3, the entire range of non-metallic pint group, with traces of transition elements (rare earths), especially zirconium. What said, many types black sand will work quite well, and some will work better. The most important thing here is that these materials magnetize very strongly in the presence of a magnet and demagnetize completely when it is removed. In addition, the material is an electrical non-conductor which means that as a transformer core, no eddy current seems to parry the passage of the magnetic field or heat the core in continuous operation. Other types of "ferrite" materials are known to have very high frequency response and are used as coils and radio antennas of cores in AM. Same with black sand. For the best behavior, do not grind the material. Leave the natural crystal structure (and magnetic domains) intact. Mix with an adhesive that is electrically non-conductive when it dries, and mix at least 70% black sand with 30% glue. The more black sand you have in the mixture, the higher the magnetic flux will be by volume and the weaker the structure. The more glue you have in the mixture, the more magnetic flux will be per lower volume and the stronger the structure. Find the blend that gives you the properties you want. From a "poor man's good place" to start is the epoxy slow set which cures in about 2 hours. It gives you plenty of time to get a complete mix. This information is for research purposes only. Not for commercial USE.

It's funny,
In my story of transformed oil stove I also talk about FE203 ... and 304. (Problems of oxidation of my stove)
See at the bottom of the page, it is written in bold type :D
https://www.econologie.com/forums/post74515.html#74515
Finally it's like the Peugeot ... 203 .. :D
Sorry it's bad like humor :?

Soft powdered iron + resin or ferrite it's Kif Kif

the goal, as you say in red Jonuleis to limit hysteresis and eddy currents

Recall that this material has the function of orienting the lines of the magnetic field of the permanent magnet perpendicular to the wire of the coil in order to create a displacement of the electrons

displacement of electron which will in turn create a magnetic field in the coil, opposite (or of the same polarity, I know more :frown: ) to the one who gave birth to him

just to say that the ferrite has to be adjusted to the coil and that the permanent magnet has to be shielded
