The image is "easier" in this sense : Mrgreen:
The engine is not mounted on a car?
For the reactor route -> admission, indeed, it is difficult to make shorter! And the rest of the editing ... ??? : Mrgreen:

By the way, you should open a whole subject for your editing, here, we pollute that of Camel1 : Cry: .

Hello Camel1

Proposal:
You should be able to choose and regulate the temperature of the water you send to the GVI. In a fixed installation it is not too tough or too expensive to carry out and it would perhaps be possible to understand for example why the reactor does not work well in winters or takes time before becoming efficient in any season etc ...

Hello Camel

Do you have anything new, your bench, your tests ...? :P

Hi Flytox (and the others!)

I suspended the tests for a little over a year, the setup that we had made did not allow us to highlight anything - oh yes, that from one day to the next, with identical engine load conditions, we could observe a variation in consumption of around 10% ... : Mrgreen:
I spent a lot of time, energy and money on this subject, to reach a level where, I must admit, I felt a little weary, to the point of putting it all on standby ...

I decided a year ago to refocus on my musical projects, and that's what I now focus all my energy on.

You can see my group in action here: http://mc2project.fr
It changes technique!

By the way, hats off to you for your perseverance in your experiments, I saw that you really tried a lot of things, and I know what that means in terms of cogitations, fabrications, adjustments and so on!

Greetings to all, and happy holiday season (econological)!

Michel

You must have a wolf somewhere ..... I have been doing the test bench for years (gas turbine), from one day to another, the error is less than 2%. :| (Finally, the gear was rather high-end ...)

2 or 3 loose ideas in case you haven't already thought about it:
In the explanations on the hydraulic unit which absorbs the power, it seemed strange to me that the control (valve) was so "rustic". If I am not mistaken about a construction machine it is a manual control, which does not need great precision (reproducibility) but good reactivity. Is this command really capable of reproducing a setpoint precisely like a micrometric valve for example?

The oil temperature just at this valve must be exactly the same for each comparison, could you be sure? Especially that a tarpaulin of 150 liters it takes a moment to warm it up ...

Well you will find the problem :P
In the meantime good Music and Happy New Year too.
