The question seems to me to be badly posed, To manufacture what exactly?, But above all ... according to ... which plan? and who to develop?
There is no ready made shelf plan with a solution that works every time and for each machine. Each vehicle poses its own problems, in particular with the dimensions of the various organs which oblige to re-invent the steam circuits etc ...

If you are lucky enough to find someone who has already Gillier Pantonized this same vehicle and made it work, you may be able to copy the assembly. Otherwise, you have to hit the study ..... to guide your welder. Afterwards, if you start, you will have some Forumeur who will be happy to advise you. : Mrgreen:

Hello

already, thank you for responding so quickly

then, I know that for the installation on the vehicle there will be no

problem, or his stuck is the design of the reactor, I saw

on a video a very simple installation on a range rover

3.5l petrol.

it is a small reactor that we put across the jar

exhaust and a hard plastic bubbler fix under the hood

surround to be heated by a hose of liquid

cooling as well as a spoon for admission, when

do you think ....... Thierry

Can you put the video you're talking about? :P
The plastic bubbler .... chui not sure that this is a very durable solution ... to see.
Can you give us a diagram of what you want to achieve?
A+

Nice video. I did not know this simple kit system to assemble. I would be close to cracking to mount one on my Astra coupe (2.2L).

It looks quite like an adaptation of the Pantone engine.
Simple to do, interesting ...
10% savings, that's already it.
But I have much better ... 55% savings.
A quick search showed me that a Laguna of this type consumes between 9,5 l and 11 l or more depending on the routes and type of driving.
My diesel ZX consumes 4,5 l. 55% less.
If I put this adaptation there, I should go to 4l.
Basically, to consume less, it would be much more useful to change your car ...

Passionate about alternative habitats in general and yurts in particular, the eco-construction, self-construction and ingenuity that often goes with it, as well as the great challenges we have to face in order to leave the planet roughly in good shape. state and a world a little better! At work !

That is true...
Here (with the laguna v6) the economy will be realized especially in sporty driving like probably the power gain. (Load rate not quite high)

Hello

in fact what interests me in doping with water is more power gain as well as pollution because I have read that it clears up a lot of this fact I could decentralize, and for petrol economy I have a lpg installation
the problem is the price of the kit that it sells between 350 and 400 € u
it is downright stolen anyway I do not have the means to
pay me for this kit or my research on this site (at the top of the page)

Here it is an ecological site, if you want to increase the power of your engine go your way. The increase in power is necessarily accompanied by an increase in pollution ...
For LPG there is a lack of feedback, but a priori it is on this type of engine that the Gillier Pantone must obtain the lowest gains. From there to fire your catalyst ... : Cry:
