the ideal is to let cool in an oven for melting, ditto for the rise in temperature before welding, ..
In addition with the drawbacks of blockage of the manifold and the heterogeneity of the gas passage, I prefer to put my reactor lower, like everyone!
thank you for the info

hi lau

I make a small capacity with expansion tank and level communicating vase style or the mega bubbler with a capacity of 3L ... there too I have fun

I advise you rather a small bubbler fed by another vase (if you have room obviously because it will be faster operational than if you heat 3 liters of water (despite all being efficient for a tractor)
I tested on my bx the heating of the bubbler by the exhaust but I gave up following the mechanical stress (too strong vibration and rapid breakage of the copper tube taken on the exhaust manifold)
if you want an assembly example and if you don't know it yet go see here
http://perso.wanadoo.fr/quanthommesuite/aut9bx.htm

For the pipe that arrives at the intake, I think it is necessary in copper because of the heat but I do not know the right diameter depending on my displacement

as standard we will say copper tube 10/12 because if you do the calculation of what goes between the rod and the tube it's more than enough

there is the space between the rod and the pipe but also the power of the vacuum depending on the displacement (I have a 2,4L).
I do not know but in hydraulics we always put bigger in suction to facilitate the passage of fluids.
I saw your editing, in addition you hardly have any part on the BX; your bubbler is a recuperation? it looks like a piece that leaves the factory ..
I think you chose the husband bath rather than the coil, it is only carried out from below or also from the sides like the real husband bath?

Hello lau

you don't have much room on the BX

on the contrary I find that I am lucky compared to others

I think to make a montage for the 205 of my wife but the lack of space and the pot cata annoys me a little but I have not yet said my last word (ca cogite and ideas is not lacking)

your bubbler is a recuperation? it looks like a piece that leaves the factory

thank you for the brother it is he who welds it. I only prepared the parts (hard to cut and turn stainless steel)

it is carried out only from the bottom or also from the sides like the real husband bath

not from below because I had planned a heating plug to help the cold start but still not connect.
as i suggested to nofy i can send you the pdf or the autocad file of the bubbler to modify and don't worry about the tube tractors in general have a 12/14 tube and works
