Hello

Beautiful all stainless steel TIG welded assembly

They made the same mistakes as me at first, but they learned quickly

I've talked about it often that when we go back after the strong vacuum carburetor I put a 1 / 16 jet either 1,6mm
he should try the restriction out of bubbler :D
The main fault of this sprinkler system is that full throttle 1,6mm hole is significantly too small, the depression in the collector decreases.
In my case on the Chevrolet V6 engine, I made a compromise 1 / 8 or 3,2 mm is more suitable for 100kmh (slowed down it is acceptable, although the downstream engine too much water)

The copper reactor outlet pipe should be in a thermal insulating sheath (the interior will quickly become all gray)
the kettle placed outside lack of heat placed in the exhaust that would be better.
the level must be very low in the bubbler
an activation of the water other than by thermosiphon significantly improves the sytéme (I spoke about it on a former post a booster with pumping gave me satisfaction)
They need to place insulation everywhere on a syteme in the wind like this ..

They will realize that it improves with time, and I can not explain it yet? I do not speak of the break-in of the beginning, but after 10000km and 15000 km
what can this change do?
Very few tell us the reactor outlet temperature? either he does not measure it or they consider it unimportant.

Splendid realization, same remarks as those ofAndre

Do the copper solders appear to be tin? Apparently the temperature is low enough (<200 ° C) otherwise it would fail.
