hi Pitmix
What do you think a 15mm carburetor on the (chock)
starter for the French made at the entrance of the reactor? for such a small engine, it almost sucks in liquid petrol which soaks the rod, all the more reason if you have nothing whatsoever aiming for wealth on the fuel.
use a small carburetor, or find one in a wood and barely open the wood. although it is not ideal.
For a 125cc engine, the intake of the reactor is through a hole of 4mm maximum and you need to be able to adjust the richness easily. the carburetor of reduced model works very well on this assembly. You are far from passing fuel oil if it smokes with petrol!
It seems to me that I had documented this montage for a long time on the other forum.

thank you André
I thought to make a very simple assembly by replacing initially the pipe of admission by the reactor but apparently it does not work very well.
I find it amazing.
For me by installing a carburetor instead of the gasoline bubbler I had to obtain a classic functioning of the engine, to see a little better because the petrol is partially burned before arriving at the engine.

Otherwise what I observed is that the engine does not really react to the accelerator, but rather thanks to the secondary air inlet at the outlet of the reactor.
An acceleration made by opening the fuel wood is done with inertia. And a warm engine start packs the engine speed. I think it is the effect of the evaporation of the gasoline on the rod of the reactor.
The mini carb I can always try my old water carburetor of the Super 5 it is 4mm.

What I don't understand is that Mr. David's burner works with the same fuel as mine and used the same with the Chock closed. It passes oil and it works.

Do you think the smoke was simply the effect of the rod wet with petrol?
I wonder if there are no oil residues from my previous tests in the carburetor tank.
