Hello and welcome Grégoire!
We are not allowed to drive with modified vehicles. They have to go back to the mines, but the system is not approved, it is rare that it passes.
Regarding the technical control, they have no instructions on modifications.

Hello
It seems to me that a vehicle must go back to Mines when there is a modification of the characteristics of the vehicle compared to what is indicated on the homologation sheet by type of vehicle (the white 4-flap sheet crossed out with red).
If I remember correctly, there are no references to the consumption of the vehicle but only to the energy used (petrol, diesel or LPG).
So, reading between the lines, doping with water is not a modification requiring a passage to the mines if the power of the vehicle does not change.
The 100% Pantone, on the other hand, is concerned by the law which prohibits heating the fuel (quoted by "I don't know who" in the forum yahoo)
Now, I'm not a lawyer! So it's up to everyone to decide.

As for the Technical Controls, they have instructions in relation to the "tuning" style of tire sizes and ride height but if it does not pollute and the modifications are reasonable (their choice), even with twice the original power , it works (tested with a cox of 2 hp instead of 80).

99.9% agree with Gregoire
Sylveno, I would agree that we build on your already existing association, it would advance in one go at the level of the structure.
Should we cast a vote?
Sylveno, could you tell us more about your association?
Can you share some legal documents that we know what we are getting into? and if it suits everyone?
