Hello. I just made a boss insert for the welder. Labase is 15 by 10 on 16 cm high. The sewer will be placed on the top of the engine at 30cm from the reactor. Thus the path will be short and the bubbler will take advantage of the ambient heat of the engine.
If the welder can not weld the stainless steel screw on the bubbler copper I will not be able to use my stainless steel hoses I will certainly pass in silicone. Having not s'étriper great length the budget will not explode !!!!
My vehicle is equipped with a heated ldr boiler to heat the engine faster when the t * passes under the degrees
The latter not working anymore I could remove it and put a 40 bubbler of high on 10 base. The location is in front of the left front wheel. I think it's more subject to outside wind and more hose length (about 90cm up to the reactor) But the ldr hoses are already there and the location too. In short the solution of ease but not necessarily the most effective unfortunately.
In your opinion ??? [/ img]

We can weld copper and stainless steel TIG, but it is much more conventional to braze.

You can explain ????

90 cm is a bit long .... Finally you can always heat and heat with an LDR pipe attached.

When the outside temperature is lower than 5 degrees the boiler starts to quickly heat up LDR and thus allow heating almost immediately.
By putting the bubbler in its place it would allow me to have a larger volume because al present time I have the place to put a bubbler of a volume of 2400cm3, but keeping a margin of safety I think can only put 0,9l : Evil: : Evil:

Economic thing ...: Mrgreen: to heat fuel .....

The importance of the volume of the bubbler is not necessarily a guarantee of quality .... it is better to make sure that it is at "the" right temperature and that the gases which pass through it are correctly charged with humidity and cause the right proportion of fine water droplets ...

Agree with you it is not a guarantee of quality but it allows to have more autonomy :D
In the bubbler that I predict to make the gas does not cross it; it will be heated by the ldr. Only moist air will go into the reactor. It will dirty him less : Mrgreen: for a result idem nan ??

No, it will not work at all. The amount of gas leaving the bubbler is very small compared to the intake air. If you just vary the humidity of the admission as much as you walk on a stormy summer day ....: Mrgreen:

You have to make a small mist of water droplets that is produced by the bubbles that burst on the surface ........ after crossing the fleet. It is this fog that makes the difference.

Includes more. On the diagram you put on the previous page, the exhaust does not go into the bubbler and I saw full bubbler without exhaust gas :!: :!: :!:

The bubbler as the name suggests is used to make bubbles. They can be obtained by sucking (with the help of the intake vacuum as the assembly of the previous page) or by blowing taking advantage of the overpressure of the exhaust gases etc ....
The main thing is that the gases to be sent to the reactor, pass through the water in one way or another, to gorge themselves with moisture and make fog on the surface so that they can drag it with them.

Okay, when you talk about gas, it's not necessarily exhaust fumes but air flowing through the water : Lol:
ouff, I was scared
