Hello
again thank you for your quick response.

here is another video
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xsg3a3 ... essai_auto

I have try with google chrome and IE8 its work.

I put the arrival of my filling pipe a little bit lower than the outlet of the reactor, as its in case of a bog as it is not waterproof, the water will flow to the ground.

I usually go for 2 hours even if it's already a lot, I would take a look at each stop.

look at your mp

in the photos I put the solenoid valve I would like to make a system so that the water opens after a few minutes that the engine started, you have no idea where or I could plug it in.

again a big thank you

With firefox no problem for video.
A heat gun is 600-1200 °: not at all the operating conditions (diesel) of the heating of the amha reactor.
Your water supply is drip. Too cold, not necessarily too much water.
And where will the air coming through the reactor come from?
It's a pressure cooker in a way (closed circuit with steam outlet).

Hello
the water inlet is not waterproof there is air around the drip pipe.

from what i sin on the net the inside of an engine is around 700 ° c collector outlet it must remain 600 ° c.

I will make a photo during the day of the final montage

I wonder considering the depression of the engine if its not going to suck the water before which heating in the reactor?

If the air intake is between the drip and the reactor.
The water consumption will be invariable. Because closed circuit like an infusion.

Still no picture : Cry: , firewall problem ???

And a little diagram, right?

Ok. : Mrgreen:

Easier on the diagram : Mrgreen:

hi flytox

I'm trying to make a video just for you and only you can not read it, I say its because I'm bad at drawing, you will understand nothing.

try its

Depending on where you measure your engine, with a ladle, the temperature can go from 1800 ° (in the middle of the cylinder head chamber) to 350 ° out of the pot. Where we put the reactor (like 40 or 50 cm from the exhaust valve) you have about 300 ° at 90 km / h on Diesel and 450 ° on petrol. (both atmospheric)

The temperature is one thing, but depending on the surface that your reactor has in the exhaust it does not receive the same amount of heat, there is also the amount of exhaust gas which passes around the reactor and brings / renews this heat. The heating power of the exhaust is significantly greater than the power developed by the engine, especially at low engine speeds.

All this to say that a simulation that holds water is not at all easy to do. :| : Mrgreen:

not working

by chris59 » 01/08/12, 09:13

Hello
I just did a test without connecting the reactor to the intake, vehicle on hold, I have hot water coming out but no steam.
I tried to lower and raise my water inlet hose to vary the height of the water level in the reactor, it didn't change anything. I also tried to mount the engine at 2500, 3000 turn for a few seconds its did not change anything.

Does the engine heat up more on the road, I let it run for about 25 minutes

I think I'm going to have to make a bubbler.

Thanks in advance to all

The air vector is very important, without circulation of the latter .... it is very difficult. : Cry: When we say "steam" it is actually a mixture of air and water vapor.

At idle or just a little higher it heats much less than on the road. (Idle between 90 and 120 ° on atmospheric diesel)
So not necessarily enough heat to boil the fleet.

I think I'm going to have to make a bubbler.

Good resolution. :P

good news

by chris59 » 01/08/12, 21:03

Hello
for air I have a 4mm diameter hose which enters a 6mm duct so I like the 1mm air reactor at the radius

Image

on the vehicle it gives that

Image

then I went to a friend's house with the 2.8jtd air conditioning at bottom, (it's hot in the north) I did 40 km round trip reactor not connected to the open water intake.

arrived home I went to bed under the vehicle and the surprise I saw steam coming out.

So I'm going on vacation on Monday I'm going to connect the reactor to the intake I will wait until the engine temperature needle is at normal level to put on the water and I will put 200ml / hour at the start.

I have 3g on my phone I will try to give you news
