Good evening Econology,
Why you are aggressive: if I ask the same question, it is that I must not have found the answer that I wanted or then I am a "nase" and I understand nothing at all. Tell me then if this forum is only for initiates? !! ..... Tell me too so that I really understand everything, how does that bother you if I repeat myself: does it create traffic jams .... yet you complain that we are not many, should know ...

Hello reply to newfy
For your question install only one reactor in a row of cylinders
because putting 2 reactors or 3 reactors requires more work to build
and that does not guarantee the double or the triple of output, it is necessary to stop to be reflected in the tractor has 7 reactors it is the only one which declares results so spectacular, most of them make monoreactors I made a big one of 19mm rod on my 300 turbo Diesel and I do not see more performance than that on the chevrolet which has a 12,7mm rod, but still we cannot make comparisons with a petrol engine and a diesel, but the figures are in the best conditions around 30% and I repeat I do not know what others do more than me to rub at 50%, yet I try things, either that there is overvaluation or that I'm not on the right track.
As for repeating on the forum, you have to understand that we are just a handful to answer and over time we have the impression that it is always the same questions that come back, it is true that it is difficult to find yourself in the forum, it takes several care to read everything what he wrote and the subject slip from time to time, but for good starting information you should read the pages of David which are very explicit, in the other forum pmc new you have pages well started trick is tips, for reference it is useful.
Ce forum it is more an exchange of ideas and contribution of realization or projects, for reference it is necessary to dig.
Also on the forum there are some who will just glean the work of the experimenters, but it does not bring anything of their work which could help the others, I call that cuckoos not of the old planes, the birds,
There are some who have good training in chemistry in science, they are not all handymen, but their knowledge and their comments are very useful to us for the comprehentions of the processes, there are some, they are good at finding all kinds of site on the net very useful too, there are also the demolishers he criticizes without even trying anything, they had to bawl after their mother's milk, those we do not need it, it does not provide any solutions. it is together that we will manage to improve the patent. it has been known to operate it for a long time, but operating it on a car at all speeds requires the collaboration of several people.
Le forum it is useful for taking information but it must also be fed
to build all this data.

Hi everybody,

I do not think that Christophe is aggressive, maybe tired of always seeing the same questions (especially for the beginning) and no exploitable results that we already have and back on experiences for lack of hindsight necessary ...

Only, we must thank Andre for repeating the answers to several different speakers.

The "HOW TO" is a document which would contain all the information necessary to set up a pantone with a minimum of "galleys" ...
A lot of sorting work considering the variety of models presented across all the forums both on econologies and on other sites ...

Otherwise, welcome to you nofy :P

Good evening to all

I find the SPAD very clever. This Pantone water doping "all integrated", without any valve, is simple to install on an engine whose exhaust pipe is accessible.
But I did not understand why the box has a square shape requiring a lot of soldering, rather than rolling a sheet and soldering the ends. Is it to allow better heat dissipation to prevent the bubbler from rising too high?

Good evening, Cuicui
If it is square it is because it is easier to make by handymen
not everyone has a handy folding machine, and for the square duct where the reactor is located with the rear panel of the bubbler not weld it allows to work inside, welding parts.
But as I said before taking heat for the bubbler in the same place as the reactor, in the bubbler water, it is an unfavorable aspect on an automobile, where there is a lack of heat .
All the heat must be dedicated to the reactor, the rest for the bubbler.
The fact of having eliminated the vapor pipe of the bubbler, that is a clear advantage over all the other systems.
Simple to install on a bulldozer, but on a car you should not think about it even old generation, not even on a Jepp never the exhaust duct travels in a sufficient space.
As for the valves all the doping with water on the diesels have no valves, one finds a valve or a restriction only on the gasoline engines in which one enters under the butterfly, otherwise one would have more idle.

Hello,

Can you advise me, where should the gas be introduced, in the case of petrol injection?

I will surely say a betisse ?? Directly in the common rail ??

thank you in advance

Good evening everyone,

OK, OK guys, but like I said in my title, I'm coming, so don't hold it against me and it's the first time I go on a forum and frankly i am not an internet pro.
André, thank you again for your good advice and I also thank all those who answered me.
I will attack the Chevrolet week 39, I know that it is not gained in advance and I promise you to realize it, but not before the end of November, because I will be absent part of the month of October.
My consumption to date is around 18 liters of LPG, and I would not cheat on the result after installing a Pantone.
So, after thinking about it, I will start with André's idea of the Pantone system on each row of cylinders, with a 300 mm stainless steel rod, diameter 14 and stainless steel tube diameter 16.1. For the bubbler, I will try depending on the place to make it as large as possible and heated by the heating circuit. For electronics, I have a friend who really masters the subject very well and is passionate about it ...
Here, I think that tonight I am positive, but I did not want to start without a minimum of success ... and that I insisted so much on certain details ..

Bonsoir
Response to bel3pc, yes your saying a big mistake, the way to enter the most easily is in the hole of the ERG valve which goes into the intake manifold this is not without drawback at low speed it makes an entry of auxiliary air which gives an exaggerated idle I said above
but it is especially functional on the big displacement which rolls most of the butterfly time barely open.
You can enter directly after the air filter you will have little depression at low speed and it will be operational only when the engine is running open enough more than half of its power again it will take a venturi to have an acceptable suction in the reactor
that little to agree with a small engine which rolls always open, I never had good results with this method, it is true that I work with engine of 3,8litre of cubic capacity, if there are some who have made an entry in front of the butterfly as they manifest!

Reply to nofy
For the length of the rod I have never recommended 300mm, in your place I will rather go towards 200mm and less if it is for water doping you can go down to 100mm, there is little difference between 100mm and 200mm just more restriction for long rods, less steam that can pass depending on the place and the heat it generates
I do not know the use that you make of it dirt road mountain or road pepere, because if you drive barely open, it generates less heat than a small car open at the bottom. (I have it on my chevrolet driving in town.)
In general for motors which give off a lot of heat it is preferable to go towards a short rod.

The,

I agree with How to's opinion.

it becomes really complex to make this a real idea.
You can find everything everywhere, good and bad.
