Download of a summary document (160 pages and 7MB all the same) on heat pump technology. It is edited by Dimplex ( http://www.dimplex.de ) it is therefore necessarily a bit commercial (which is quite normal, right?) but it is the most complete general documentation that I could find on the subject.
