Wonderful, thanks for the ad!

As far as I'm concerned, I love to cook, it's a hobby, a passion. I am 50 years old at the end of the year, needless to say that "miracle" solutions in the kitchen, I have seen some ...

Me believe who wants, but the only way to cook food, whatever it is, fat-free and absolutely healthy, is the pan or the stainless steel pan. the only thing to master is the temperature of the pan before putting the goods in it. It must also be thawed before putting it in the pan.

In short, for healthy cooking, there is no need for this bullshit that is the title of this subject, a little savvy is more than enough.
