Oki, read ... Indeed, pity I was not there, there are things that I would have told you to edit ... :|

For the tank, I do not see the relationship with the power of the ram : Shock: ?

yes thin insulators "insulate as much as glass wool" sound only ;-)
but certainly not thermally, the R is never given ...

so hello i have a question about thin "insulator"
to put under my wood siding around the house
I was offered a thin insulation (2cm) type those who go under roofs: wood fiber + alu + rain cover ... (basically thermoflex top ... I think)
Is it worth it?
so far I leaned more on chanvri-blocks (expensive) or wadding

No.

Be careful, hempblocks do not have the same performance or the same behavior as wadding.

Impossible to find with what is manufactured this insulation.
The only thing that comes out of the generalities in the "Thermoplast -> Properties -> Opt for ecology" page is this:

# The materials (inorganic mineral elements) that make up SAY Thermoplast products are abundant in nature.
# During manufacture, little energy is consumed. (gray energy)
# The manufacturing process does not release waste. (gray energy).

Given that no order of magnitude is given, one could just as well write the same thing for rockwool : Evil:
From there to think of a "green washing" ....

If that's what I think is, it's a mortar of expanded glass beads. Not frankly energy efficient in manufacturing, but it can actually be quite effective.
But anyway, given the thickness that is coated, it will never replace a real insulation from the outside.
At most it can be a complement in renovation.

- Métisse, insulation with solidarity fiber
- bati'plum
- hemp wool

For lost roofs, I recommend cellulose wadding: it's the most economical ... and you can put it yourself even if your attic allows it ...

That's what we did at home: https://www.econologie.com/ouate-de-cell ... -3763.html
https://www.econologie.com/isolation-ave ... -3768.html

Hemp and feathers are much more expensive ...
For Métis I do not know. I think that goes to the price of the wadding.
