Have a good day they have a faulty ceval 160 UPS that they wanted to repair but I did not have the electronic circuit, some of them being degraded. the ceval inverter 160 is made up of 2 one-stage fixings. if anybody has the schema and can send it. I hope that the text is translated correctly. thank you in advance

If my message has served you so little, I expect a rebroadcast to tell me the burst transistor code of the image attached to me.

in the photo, the MOSFET was exploded cleanly and did not burn.
there is a good chance that you find the missing piece at the bottom of the UPS box and that you can read the reference indicated.
good luck

Maybe some info in this video (activates HD mode), all inverters are based on the same concept!

There seems to be a piece in front of the yellow capacitor.ciprian wrote:I did not find the piece that exploded, otherwise I did not ask ........... I think my article helped others but in return nobody can help me with a rereading
There is a good chance that it is an N type mosfet of power like 60 A 60 V it is current and the broaching is rather standard. It may be noted on the circuit.dirk pitt wrote:in the picture, the MOSFET was exploded
It may have exploded because of another failure elsewhere on the circuit. Hard to find without a diagram.
