Too bad it is recent: you could have changed it for something more durable, more efficient and more ecological ...

Finally, what's done is done!

I would simply say to you: before considering spending thousands of euros on heating, keep some finances to reinforce this insulation in the first place.
200 mm, it is not sufficient especially given the configuration which you described (changed joinery, very thick walls) the main part of your losses will be done by the roof, thus all that will be invested in the "cover" will be interesting
