I agree with the resale to EDF.
But always the desire for a certain autonomy remains in mind ......
Is there a limit on the volume to resell?
Otherwise, consume the production and resell the surplus.
What is the best and most cost-effective solution.
I am seriously considering a solar installation on a tracker, and do you think that adding a wind turbine could be a plus?
When the sun is no longer there, often the wind points its nose ... !!!

Reviews on Hybrid tilting off-peak kit
I am skeptical on 2 points:
1- in general, I doubt that it would be wise to heat with photovoltaic electricity. the overall performance is disastrous. some thermal panels would be better.
the wind turbine compensates [a little only] for this aspect.
2-the argument of recharging batteries during off-peak hours is not convincing. it is better to do without batteries and do thermal storage. this is what electric storage brick heaters have been doing for over 20 years. the batteries have a sense in isolated site for the use of electricity in lighting or small household appliances, certainly not in heating.

the refill consumes regularly 16 to 18 kW.h to the EDF meter
or, 30 to 50% more as the energy returned.
