Toutafait, the delta with the selling price of Ikea projects = the effect of marketing ...

I haven't looked at the official website of the project yet but I think it will annoy me a bit ... well we can have some good surprises ...

Finally, the price of genuinely ecological constructions, for example in wood frame, raw earth, straw or other insulation made from plant materials, in addition to storing CO2 and therefore allowing a negative CO2 balance (excluding gray energies) and offering thermal comfort superior to "traditional" constructions is incomparably less expensive.

€ 20 to € 000 including tax are possible prices with very economical materials such as straw or raw earth.

Totally agree.

His "chalet" placed on concrete blocks, considered "removable" exempts him from property taxes!

Can you tell us more about this fiscally "removable" aspect? is it linked to a Light Leisure Home? I knew that caravans and mobile homes were exempt from property taxes but there, from the moment there is a building permit, it's very astonishing!

Hello,
Can you tell us more about this fiscally "removable" aspect?

+1

I. Information sheet
a man ⃥
Between 25 and 35 years old ⃥

Other people without professional activity

degree 2
In cohabitation
- In a house
- In rural area

4) Rank these housing purchase criteria in order of importance (1 = most important. 8 = least important)

3Distance from your workplace ⃥
2Surface price is linked, in general it is per m²
8 Housing aesthetics ⃥
7The neighborhood ⃥
1Existence or not of a garden ⃥
4Comfort / practicality

6) Are you satisfied with your current housing situation
Yes

III. Ecology

1.Have you ever heard of eco-friendly homes?
yes ⃥shell

2. Have you ever bought an ecological product?
yes ⃥

IV. IKEA

1) Do you know the Ikea brand? ''
yes ⃥
2) Are Ikea products quality products?
no ⃥
3) Would you trust Ikea to build a house?
no ⃥
V. Our product: IKEA ecological prefabricated houses
1) Have you ever heard of IKEA eco-homes?
no ⃥

2) Have you ever heard of IKEA manufactured homes?
no ⃥

3) The Ikea prefabricated house whose cost is estimated between 148000 and 222 euros is in your budget
no, even if I had the sum it certainly wouldn't be IKEA.
IKEA is like the FNAC, an aging image, they still have a good image, but in 5 years ... They will be like Mercedes, a car for old people. This is only my opinion of course.

4) Are you prepared to pay more for a house if it saves you energy in the medium term?
no, if the energy that I am going to waste (gray energy) to insulate will never be regained. Polystyrene insulation for example.

: Arrow: Well, I'll have to think about asking the person for details.

But from memory, the fact that the house is placed and screwed (therefore removable) on studs and not errigated on conventional foundations explains the non-taxation.
