sorry Oops Bucheron, our messages crossed.

Yes, I see who it is (she takes care of the network comm!), And I appreciate it moderately ... I don't really like the use of forums to advertise! Especially since a subject was already existing, but she didn't have to do any research before posting ...

edit: sorry arf for the duplicate, I had not seen your message Korben, we wrote at the same time!

Communicate on forums, it quickly becomes akin to advertising ... Here, hunting is open to those who practice this sport.

But it's effective all the same. Without Viadéo and others forums, Serge Vuillod could not have publicized his Greeneo project 18 months ago.

I discovered Greeneo on Viadéo myself. I also questioned Serge on this same thread.

Absolutely. It can be effective in a certain way, but it does not correspond to the ethics that we wish to have, especially since we really have a work anchored locally. If we ban intrusive phoning or fluttering flyers for ourselves, it is not to pollute forums...

Chartrousin, two "little" questions:

a) Economically:

How much NET do you earn per month and after how many months and how much did you give to Greeneo? And what is your tax regime?

b) Ecologically:

How much installation did you contribute to have done? What type?
How many kWh EP do you think you saved?

You are anonymous here so thank you for your frankness ...

a) Uh I am not really anonymous (it was not the goal besides); a little research makes it very easy to see who I am .... which makes questions a little indiscreet!
We are still in the start-up phase, revenues fluctuate, and above all we recover start-up costs, before talking about net compensation. Net compensation, it does not really make sense when starting (there we go into accounting choices and it becomes longer, we can talk about it privately if you want).
The company was officially created in early 2008, with a start of activity in summer 2008. A priori, it will take us a year to stabilize revenues, that is to say within 3 to 4 months. It must be taken into account that a site often spans 6 months, or even more, and we are only paid (except deposit) at the end, which means that we must have at least one year of activity to get meaningful feedback.
I do not see what the tax system is doing in there? Personally, we are limited to real simplified + IS, but other consultants are in scop, sole proprietorship, EURL ...

b)
Currently, over the 9 months of activity, 7 construction sites in progress, totaling an annual saving of approximately 96 kWhEP / year (and 000 teqCO41 / year), for € 2 of construction sites. Typical site: wood-based heating + insulation (walls, windows, roof) + ventilation. I do not count the gains in comfort, especially in summer, and the gains linked to the use of healthy materials (in construction sites in progress, the insulation is based on cellulose or wood wadding).

If you want more details ...

Ah thank you for the details.

So I didn't understand anything then, I thought that each greeneo consultant was independent ...

When you say "we" is it your consulting or greeneo company as a whole?

Ah, so much for me, I should have specified: in our limited liability company, we are 3 associate greeneo consultants, because we work in the same sector, it was more practical for us. Hence the us. I speak only on our behalf, not on behalf of the network obviously, I do not have the legitimacy. But we are completely independent, since, as I said in my previous post, everyone chooses their legal structure and can also have other activities alongside, outside the network.

Response to Chartrousin mainly: specifications ...

by Analyzer » 11/04/09, 18:44

First of all, a very long screed!
And then we do not have the same notion of what a specification is!
In Commentçamarche, but elsewhere roughly the same definition:
"A" specification "is a contractual document describing what is expected of the project manager by the owner."
For the link indicated to ADEME:
1) I had not waited for this response to find this page
2) It is a list of methods and tools, certainly not a specification which would tend to make believe that there is a contract with ADEME!
If not, why did you withdraw the mention within 2 days after the question was asked and still remained unanswered?
It does not inspire confidence!

The founder speaks again!

by Serge Vuillod » 16/04/09, 16:21

Hello everyone !

When I wrote my little post many months ago, my goal was to communicate about my project that was starting, by engaging those interested to contact me to tell them more.

I did not expect so many comments and such responsiveness.

And it is true that I did not come back to this forum for months, because no time! I spent all of my time improving our processes and tools.

It is true that the training that I had initially imagined was insufficient, and that if I trained about fifty consultants in 18 months, there are only 20 left today! No doubt I was not a very good "recruiter" and that is why, in the interest of the people who join us as well as in that of the network, it is today Florian GUERBETTE who receives new applications! And that is also why, with his help and that of the first consultants, I proceeded to completely overhaul our integration program.

It is also true that the 1st version of the GREENEO software was only as it should be a first version, and that if I had found it satisfactory on a dozen beta-test operations, it has since revealed and 'usage (we have exceeded 300 energy diagnoses) a large number of limits. But Pierre MALICET and I have made great progress, always with the crutial help of consultants in the field, and in particular Stéphane SOLIGNAC and Xavier RIMBAULT whom I thank in passing for their contribution. And it's not over, since many requests for improvements have yet to be met.

It is also true that we have been slow to publish our achievements.
- First, because as it has been said, my head was in fact on my handlebars, and I dropped communication a little during the first 6 to 8 months of our start to devote myself to the technical aspects.
- Then, as has also been said, we started much slower than I had imagined at the start.
- Finally, as there again, it has been said, it takes several months to complete a site!
But today, nearly 60 projects have been launched, i.e. an amount of work accompanied by € 1 (€ 260K on average per house), of which more than 000 have been completed, and we have, to my great satisfaction, and thanks to the arrival of Céline our communication manager, able to publish some reports of achievements that I invite you to consult.

Finally, it is true that the business model that I presented was a theoretical business model, and that when you set up a business, it takes time to build up. It should be noted in passing that I have always made incoming consultants aware of this theoretical nature, and I have always wished not to deceive anyone about the "pioneering" nature of the project. But today, if no consultant yet regularly achieves the target thus defined, several consultants are beginning to move towards this objective which even turns out to be temporarily exceeded by one or the other!

In short, when I launched the GREENEO project, my aspiration was sincere: to allow everyone (individuals, GREENEO consultants, service providers) to develop an activity allowing them to earn money (fairly) and comfort while acting to the planet and in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, that is to say, reconciling the economy, the social, the environment, and all placed in a structural framework consistent with democratic governance!

Even if it was slower than expected (but I am often called impatient and utopian), I find that the indicators are going in the right direction!

But I stop there, because otherwise it will be passed for advertising
! : Cheesy:

Sincerely

Serge Vuillod

At the risk of relaunching the debate, I ask myself a small question, on the concept of Greeneo, which has not yet been addressed.

I have carefully studied the function of consultants and the presentation of their work that it is done on the website of Greeneo, and here is what I say to myself:

In the end if the client decides to carry out an AMOA, it will not be him who will pay the consultant, but the providers (craftsmen) via discounts that the consultant will pocket illico / presto. This is understandable in view of the information, diagnosis, advice and assistance with project management carried out by the consultant. But then if we push the line a little (and people who are wary will necessarily) we could not say that the consultant is nothing other than a commercial agent who works for the benefit of the providers he has selected and he only disguises himself as an independent consultant?

Maybe there is an obvious answer to this question, but I can't find it. Could someone from Greeneo or elsewhere light my lantern?
