but good with 10 cm of insulation I can not hope for good insulation.

Houses or apartments that sell very expensive nevertheless !!

yes the houses are sold expensive, and the insulation problem is not seen during the purchase.
In the end, houses are more expensive than building new ones.

The date of construction gives the insulation of the house in 95% of the cases with eyes closed if we inquired before or, if we are old enough, to have lived the progress in 50 years from zero to 10cm and to have undergone the past mistakes !!!!!

The current new on sale is also expensive, still not isolated enough, currently for future standards which will reveal big mistakes again !!!
The progress is endless !!!
The prices too.

here is my project progressing slowly, I take my time considering the investment to be made.

I decided to have a thermography to confirm my doubts and indeed we see failures at my crawlers and between the window frame and the wall.

I also have an offer from an architect since I also had a second project which was to refurbish my 1st floor.

he offers to insulate my crawlers according to rt2012, and not necessarily insulate the attic floor, according to him the volume is not important, the fact of insulating the crawlers this will further reduce this volume and that the loss would not be significant.
