In your opinion there is counterfeiting
In my opinion Sunibrain has largely taken over the OPAL system from Remundo

Yes, the subject of Remundo dates from 2011 ... Sunibrain was created in 2012.
There may be counterfeiting.
Must see how Remundo had protected the concept (same remark for Sunibrain ...) good luck to him in any case ...

the two concepts are different. Remondo draws its energy from the heat recovered by the watering of its thermal "tiles" whereas sanibrain only sprinkles photovoltaic cells (which is not the case for Remondo) in order to improve the efficiency of these panels whose performance decreases if not when the temperature increases.
Another secondary point for the subject: the INPI refuses to consider a technical invention as an intellectual work, but industrial only as indicated by its acronym. Question of big money by the annual fees!

Ah no, the concept of Opal by Remundo is good (also) to cool the PV solar panels so to increase the average yield!
If Opal ALSO recovers the thermal heat of cooling, it is a plus but the basic concept is the same ... in my opinion.

Does Remundo know about the Sanibrain system? someone can tell them that a company has potentially "copied" their system.

Their brochure is incomplete. Sycomoreen is missing from the competition. Their be said patent of 2013 is based on embedded intelligence, in Europe software is not patentable ...
Remundo Viite must be informed ...

Hello friends,
I have recently been aware of the "Sunibrain" company. By chance, going to see my friend Eric SORTINO in Mont de Marsan on June 26, 2015, a visitor in the discussion told me that an "equivalent" system to OPALE existed without its region.
It was correct.
I tend to agree with your analyzes. I will soon publish my OPALE patent and that of Sunibrain here.

As stated in their brochure, SunID protects the automation and in particular the wind management.
