My little wind = fear for my neighbors (justice)

Renewable energies except solar electric or thermal (seeforums dedicated below): wind turbines, energy from the sea, hydraulic and hydroelectricity, biomass, biogas, deep geothermal energy ...

What I do not understand:
-the establishment of regulated domestic wind turbines are authorized for convinced people ...
-The average French is more concerned with his navel than with the environment and generations to come

Thank you for your support

For the point 2 it is certain ...

But you didn't tell us what your "dear" neighbors were blaming you for?

Hi Dudu, you need an answer, but you do not answer yourself to the questions we ask you.

The crazy little crazy to some arguments that hold the road.

Especially for the stress and the reduction of the value of the houses around.

it makes me think too, because I have a project but with a few neighbors barred.

The question is not whether such a person has arguments ... Except to be crazy, anyone who objects to something has arguments.

But living in society, at 60 million, is complex. And in a democracy, arbitration between those who are for and those who are against something is called laws (and related texts - decrees, regulations, ...), procedures (sometimes complicated and long! Called then " paperwork "by project promoters), including appeals from those who are against ...

This is unfortunately more and more difficult to admit by some! It is not enough to have arguments against to have reason and the right to oppose. Otherwise, a society freezes.

For example, you had a magnificent view. We are building a building bar on the land opposite ... It makes sense that you are against it. Your house, for sure, will lose value. But this does not mean that it will not happen, if the land is constructible, if the project respects the PLU, etc ...

We must then consider the courtesy and politeness, ask the opinion and discuss a little.

Hello,

dudu25977 wrote:By choosing to install a 11m50 domestic wind turbine, compliant with the standards and with the regulatory authorizations...

I "suppose" that you received a non-opposition to your prior declaration!

if that's the case, I do not understand why these neighbors are turning against I?

AMHA is up to the services (town hall, prefecture or possibly ABF and others) that issued this document to justify themselves and explain what motivated their decision. Why are you "attacking" you?

indeed, if there is a document of the town hall that authorizes the implementation, the neighbors must attack the town hall.

it is no longer the business of the individual who installed his wind turbine "titite".
