But with meters that can be lifted at a distance, EDF will be able to have a precise time reading, and the resale curve will have to statistically follow the vagaries of the sun,

integrate this curve into the regul ....
one cell and one regulator should suffice : Lol:

There is better, it seems that in Belgium, people tried to reconnect the solar meter on a load to cheat on the green certificates : Cheesy: , but as they exaggerated, they got caught.

this is why, with us, we declare to the CWAPE the installed power (certified by the approved inspection body), as the maximum yield is known, it is difficult to really cheat on large quantities.

My other questions are:
do you absolutely have to have the installation done by a company or can you do it yourself and can you also use wind power to resell its current?

For the resale of the current, there should not be any problem, as long as the equipment is approved and the installation approved by an approved organization, question of safety.

For premiums, you should know that this is a white fiscal operation for the state, therefore, your installation must have generated income which will be taxed and VAT. So, it must be installed by a company that is perfectly in order with tax, social security contributions and access to the profession.
