Except that the voltage is proportional to the speed of passage of the magnets and therefore if rotation too slow with too few magnets, the voltage will be rikiki below that of the battery with that of the diode (0,7V) in addition! !
In this case it is necessary to increase the number of turns of the coil in the volume where the magnet gives a large field, with thinner wire which decreases the power.
So we have to carefully calculate everything , otherwise surprises and errors !!
On econology I gave answers to the calculations (induction law).

Job well done but different:

but to want to design yourself, you have to learn the basics, and do the necessary design work, a pretty big effort !!
Trying with tests on a coil and magnets and an oscilloscope, avoids errors.

And as it is quite difficult like that, no need to add a frequency constraint ...

with its coil characteristics:
9 double drive bobbins
Wire = diam 0.81 mm
lap number 70
thickness 5mm
is it's loving:

at around 200 rpm how much can we hope for power and volts? thank you

I gave the formulas and try to understand, instead of waiting for the chicken all roasted with false values, because the calculations are too simplistic, without taking into account the speed of the magnets (rotor diameter and number of magnets), coil diameter, its distance from the magnet (air gap), from value of the magnetic field as a function of the distance to the magnet and its axis, etc.
So it is also important to measure this voltage by quickly moving a test coil in front of the magnet and an oscilloscope.
If you do not make the effort to understand and do the necessary work (measurements also on oscilloscope), you will have only more or less valid advice, sometimes false, but nobody to tire you in your place.
Also check that your coil with its wire is not impossible to achieve for the volume of your magnet (D = 15) which has decreased !!
70 turns on D = 15 of 0,81mm wire on 5mm thick at the wrong point hardly achievable !!
Try !!
At best, many turns will be totally useless seeing a zero flow !!
Reason to be concrete with your feet on the ground with theory !!
