ESPRIT PRATIQUE wrote:From the left you have:
-The generator with the outer shell in galvanized iron to accommodate the thermal insulation
-The cone which acts as a filter (cyclone) surrounded by the heat exchanger (to cool the outlet gases)
-Electric motor which is used for ignition (brings air into the generator and exits the gases after filtering and cooling)

And here is the glass wool insulation ready to be placed between the body of the generator and the outer galva shell.

I tried to do the best with the few means at my disposal, I wanted above all to make compact and efficient.

I send the videos and other photos as soon as possible

Nice work, simple, without electronics, secrets to sell cheap at antoinet111, instead of http://gekgasifier.com/

attention to galvanized iron for heating parts

at high temperature the zinc diffuses into the iron and makes it brittle ... it cracks even without vibration

car exhaust pipes that look galvanized are in reality aluminized: aluminum is very good for protecting hot iron

ordinary steel makes it possible to make a gasifier which works but not necessarily very long: I prefer to make the hot parts in refractory concrete, with outer envelope in welded sheet metal not rising too much in temperature

concrete is a good idea, maybe not the cheapest but the moldings are not complicated.

ready-mixed refractory concrete is quite expensive, but you can also make your own mixture: molten aluminous cement and chamotte

do not use molten cement with ordinary sand it would not be better than ordinary cement

the chamotte is crushed terracotta ... if you break either even tiles or ordinary brick it makes medium refractory concrete ... if you crush good refractory brick it makes high temperature refractory concrete

it's the same for bushels of cement chimney: that's why they are a little red, and not gray like ordinary aglo

we also use pouzolane, which is also baked clay, but naturally by a volcano

refractory concrete does not replace steel: there is too much risk of cracking and leaking: you always need a waterproof steel casing, but concrete protects steel from high temperature: it makes it possible to be satisfied with ordinary sheet metal , even very thin it will last a long time

concrete is easy to pour between a mold and the outside in sheet metal

I look hard on the side of the double stage of xylowatt, it seems to me quite a performance level. but what about the dual air management, a fan and two valves should do the trick but it is to be seen.

a gasifier manufacturer!
http://www.usinages.com/post612279.html#p612279
http://cogepel.com/gazog%C3%A8nes/

my business creation project is progressing slowly ... and there are gasifiers in the program ... I shouldn't advertise them

but no, the offer is so low that there is no need to be afraid of competition ... everything that will be manufactured will be easily sold
