ah yes, there is no longer a thermostatic valve. So I guess circulators cost less?

the pressure drop to the tank should be higher than to the wood boiler, so that when this circulator (bottom right) is stopped there is no circulation through the tank. to be adjusted by playing with the ball valve ...

Otherwise everything seems ok to me. :)

Yes, if you don't weld it takes time and it's sport : Wink:

at mig. leave 2-3mm of space between the 2 tubes so that the weld penetrates well and adjust the post a little stronger than normal. Sweep wide.
If you do it several times, you have to start over the previous cord to recreate the bath.
With a little habit, you won't want to do anything else.
In addition the parts are much cheaper!

ok
I will give it a try
the mig is at work not practical for large pieces

at home I have a 140 A inverter

2 - 3 mm of space while this?

to make the cord in one go, must it be cotton?

yes, 2-3mm. otherwise you do not enter. it forces you to bite well on each side
Does your inverter also do TIG? at TIG you don't leave space and it's easy, you can see what we're doing.
at the arc I can't do it.

ok
please

no i don't have the tig car kit
too expensive argon (especially the deposit)

if not yes it is able to do it but no priming hf it's scratched

a question that has nothing to do
I'm going to bury my oil tank within a few months
I have a 600 steel in provisional in the boiler room
even if it is not allowed on paper is what I can connect in per or other

not make it clean in copper for 2 months

Argon. I managed to buy a small 1m3 bottle and I made a tube to reload it on a large bottle. So it only costs gas.

I would do copper anyway. you can always get it back for your new connection. It's always when you take a liberty like that that something happens that makes it a disaster. The law of maximum pain ...
