Ahmed: here we go, we start from an infinite potential energy, it's not the same thing as nothing.

Imagine a 4-sided dam in this volume of water that I call a tube or cylinder, and starting from there, the water rushes into part of it, then falls 100 meters lower on the turbine and then ends up in a water tank (empty). When the tank is full, it pours into the 2 bellows for expelling water (like the analogy of a lung or a gill to expel the energy used) because the weightless force for expelling water pulling the pocket to empty requires little effort which requires almost no energy compared to that generated and generated by the fall upstream. You only have to try with 1 prototype I did it halfway (without anti-pressure air valves), and I have no software simulator.

You remain formally very obscure, eg. I find it hard to imagine a "tube or cylinder" with 4 sides!

More seriously and on the bottom, it seems to me that you start from the postulate that the mass of water having dissipated its energy at the time of the fall will be easy to go up thanks to a kind of pneumatic spring.
This is where the reasoning error lies: the amount of energy needed to "recycle" the water will be of the same order of magnitude as that recovered in the first step of the cycle.

But hey, maybe you prefer, as you proclaim it, "to continue with the others much more instructive", and especially much less rigorous and much more credulous?

Ah yes ? okay. Except that your statement "almost no energy compared" means nothing, and is wrong by the calculations.

As for your “half done” tests, to be conclusive, you would have to do them completely and then you would not be asking yourself this question.

(considering all this infinite potential energy which descends by releasing so much energy and which rises by consuming so little! By the way, why not with bricks? They descend by rotating a dynamo and go up - all the masons will confirm! - almost effortlessly, to descend again! But I suggest you put a spring on arrival so that they can go up alone! When I think that EdF went so far as to build nuclear power plants when it was so simple !!!)
