When you talk about vacuum pump, are you talking about Busch pump used for vacuum packaging?

no I'm talking about a liquid ring vacuum pump and / or + ejector,
pump at least 20kw
it is used for degassing at room temperature or for evaporation.

I am also in the food industry (packaging), but the vacuum is used to deacidify the wine and take out the Co2 giving it a better taste.

Note that wine is not my domain but some years ago I made my wine and degas this one by filtering it with suction with a vacuum wrapper pump that I had in surplus and it tasted a lot but keeps less long.
