Yes, yes, do not throw any more; it is a beautiful slip written !!! [as I do from time to time; a word replaced by a word that "looks" or "sounds" alike!]

Ok didi!

Not well understood the deeper meaning of the last chatelot16 message ...
and what docs schnell are you talking about ??

Our installation is too small to supply the "doped" group, with turbine.

But indeed, the "cogé" is optimized, with recovery of the cooling heat of the engine of course, that of the "turbo-cooler" and part of the exhaust ...

It therefore remains as "fatal" heat (I was careful!), The temperature of the exhaust gases (which goes into the air) and the cooling of the soundproof box (via controlled ventilation).

I don't want to say anything stupid, I believe that 6% of the balance sheet is "lost" as well ...

And that I would like to "enhance": greenhouses?

Christophe wrote:Super and what are the T ° / p for each point? (sorry i could find am there flemmard ...)

And so in terms of performance what gives what?

I put a round number: 100 ° and 50 °

it's a big horizontal line

100 ° is obviously 1 bar = atmospheric pressure
50 ° it falls between 0,1 and 0,2 bar ... say 0,13 bar

problem, the image that I put on the forum has been resized and can not be read

if I crop it to better show the useful part, we can not read the temperature, pressure, enthalpy, which are not repeated on the whole surface

I would have to put this molier diagram in vector and pdf form: the only way to diffuse large and precise drawings

It's in the famous wire on the cogeneration project.

Schnell is the German manufacturer of the cogeneration group we have chosen, with the following features:

- a diesel engine
- therefore "dual fuel": approximately 2 kg / h of fuel as a "match" (compressed methane does not self-ignite)
- hence an electrical efficiency of 40%
- it is a 6-cylinder Diesel of SCANIA origin, with turbo then "cooler" (first hydraulic to recover the heat; then "radiator" with waste heat to further condense the gases before admission)
- part of the heat of the exhaust is recovered

http://www.schnellmotor.de/sm/produkte/ ... l-bhkw.php
http://www.schnellmotor.de/sm/produkte/ ... 80-265.php

- there is a version of this engine with a microturbine in the exhaust: http://www.schnellmotor.de/sm/leistunge ... nenten.php

30 to 60 kW electric "scraped", with a turbine which turns up to 50 revolutions / min.

That's what he's referring to.

[So we do NOT have the turbine model!]

Thank you did, I had zapped ...

That's exactly what needs to be done on the forum to preserve the legibility of large images ...

Can you give us the enthalpies corresponding to these points? So we have the rankine yield with the formula I gave above ...

it would be interesting to ask the question to schnel to know if it is possible to add this turbine on an engine already installed, or if it requires a complete change of the group ... I think alas it is more than the 2eme case

I think so. On the same series, an "upgrade" is possible, but surely expensive.

This can be done during the overhaul (large revision) every 7 years if my memory does not betray me ...

Finally, adaptations during the project are possible: we bought the group of 150 kW, which we are going up to 180 kWélec because of a change in our organic matter deposit, more methanogenic than expected in rations initials (there is 3 years, during the study).

if I vector this diagram of molier by inskape it will make a huge file too because it will vectorize all the defects of this image which is a scanned paper

I will rather reframe the image with just the useful part, by copying the figure of enthalpie

it would be necessary to put this diagram of molier in the form of CAD drawing in QCAD or librecad
