Renewable energies except solar electric or thermal (seeforums dedicated below): wind turbines, energy from the sea, hydraulic and hydroelectricity, biomass, biogas, deep geothermal energy ...

Well, seriously, we don't realize:

you have 100 Dutch cows which give 25 liters a day, that's 2500 liters. you cool from 38 ° to 4 °, that's 34000 K cal, well that's more than enough for a 200 liter boiler.

To stay in the agricultural genre, the Chimay cheese dairy (it's the same as the famous Trappist beer) has just invested in the biomethanisation of whey.
expected gain: 165.000 liters of fuel per year!

as I said before on another forum: "Ah! The brave animals" : Mrgreen:

sorry, 85000 Kcal :frown:
at 30% yield, enough to boil almost 300 liters!

moral of all these stories:

instead of stupidly buying oil from the Arabs, we pick up the bits of string at home, it creates jobs, it solves our waste problems (partially of course), it saves money, it decreases our dependence. ..

you will see, with a little perseverance, we will end up richer and less stupid ....

So according to your reasoning, an organic apple is petroleum too? :|

I ask that, but ... it impoverished the rich and the state ... that's why it moves so quickly ... am I wrong?

Do you know a little more about this project?
165000 liters does it consume (have?) The cheese dairy? Didiou !!

I confirm the 85000 kcal.
On the other hand 30% that does not exist like efficiency for a boiler and to make boil it is necessary to go up to 100 ° C (I think ... no?) And therefore transform the "low T °" into "high" temperature .. . except with a complex thermodynamic assembly I don't really see how to do it ... but hey it's the image that counts ...

Personally I would rather say: enough to heat more than 1500L from 15 to 60 ° C ... (but the problem of the rise in T ° remains the same ...)

I am not entirely of your opinion, the manufacture of local energy production equipment is a considerable market and which can only be partially outsourced. It only hurts some wealthy people.
