educational chalet renewable energies

Hello everyone.
I am in IUT Health Safety Environment, with a group of 3 other students we must, within our school, set up an educational chalet on renewable energies.
It would in fact be a chalet with a surface area of ​​around 35 m², all this in an ecological construction, + renewable energies.

I ask this post to ask you for information. Are there cities that have set up type of chalet?
Are there any boxes that you could offer me that build ecological houses and that could help us?
