asking the advice of scientists is the worst solution! Either it works or it doesn't work and possibly look for the reasons. The Gillier Pantone case is characteristic! while some have markedly improved the consumption of modified vehicles, none have obtained the same results as the tractor 22. So: either the 22 is a scam, or certain parameters have not been reproduced elsewhere. It is therefore a statement of ignorance, not of non-functionality.
Has Hatem lied, cheated or his model not been reproduced identically by others, this is what matters for the average consumer.
Incidentally, when Moreau from Utopiatech really reduced his consumption with a touch of grief, controlled by two ushers, he disappeared from the web ... as if by chance and no more reviews or shows speak of it!
