thank you alain G
the pump will operate according to the wind speed.
but is there not a possibility to feed my apple directly from the wind turbine to the pump its pass through accumulators and inverters.
thank you in advance.

If I understand correctly, you want to accumulate water in a tank?

The problem is the height, 60 meters requires a pressure of more than 6 bars
1 meter is equivalent to 96,8 mbar X 60 meters = 5.808 bar.

You can use a stainless steel piston wind turbine. and valve with crankshaft easy to manufacture by a machine shop, everything depends on your site and the height of the blades which connected to a rod actuates the pump.

For the moment I would like to have how to demense the generator of my wind turbine is what it requires a regulation of power (tension.current).
Knowing that my pump is emerging. in a 60m deep well.
Pump characteristic:
Single-phase pump
Power 1.5kw.
Current: 10A
220 AC voltage.
Thank you, davence.

Do you want to use batteries or connect directly to the pump?
