It is generally annual consumption. There would be no confusion. :?:

If this is really the case, it is not by an ECS 3000 € kit that we should replace the installation but rather by about 10 to 15 m² of sensors and 500 to 800 liters of storage ... is no longer the same case ...

Not decidedly, a monthly budget of 100 € of electric DHW heating is more than 700 kWh full EDF tariff (and about 1000 kWh in night tariff), I can hardly believe it. Unless it is a very large family that only takes baths.
