From the information available on the page referenced above, I compared the advertised powers to the available gross power (Pd) and to the maximum usable power (Pm; Betz limit)
Formula used: P = 0.5 * Cp * r * S * v ^ 3
with:
Cp: power coefficient, 1 for calculating Pd, 0.595 for calculating Pm
r: density of air (1.25 Kg / m ^ 3)
S: Area (6m ^ 2 = area advertised on the web page)
v: wind speed
There is an error last box at the bottom right -> 2.37 not 1.41
If I am not mistaken, this wind turbine creates energy from wind speeds greater than 4m / sec, below if we take into account the Betz limit.
Where is the error?

Dear Benoit,
The actual gross collection is 15 m2 (vacuum included) (after compression 6 m2 / mass 1.941 kg / m3 / 1 atm / 0 m sealevel)
The measurements were made in "real time"
due to the reaction to the irregularities of low-level winds, to "gusts" and to turbulence,
due to the combination Savonius (drag) / Darrieus (lift) / Vortex (accelerations and concentrations hydrogen atoms (c))
due to the compression of the booster and the formation of the "vortex" The% Betz vary between 30 to 48% depending on the Darrieus point of attack (lift) and the direction of the wind
engine performance and inverter energy demand.
It is impossible to make theoretical calculations
