By calculating with a ladle,

your plate must be within 90kg (200 * 100 * 0.5 * 8.9 in grams)

The copper price for October is 3563.55 Euros / ton

I fall on a price of: 317 Euros the plate: blink:: blink:: blink:

You put me aside if you have some left :D

Good night

Who can answer me?

What would be the drawback of black "coils" of polyethylene (the current pipes for running water), rather than copper?
It seems to me that polyethylene is much cheaper ...

there is an error "electron" you must have been wrong in your thickness, I have a tinsmith friend who manufactures these solar panels, he uses 0.5 mm which changes the calculation of 10 x, and your price of 52euro me seems correct

For reasons of cost and lightness, it is advantageous to use the thinnest possible copper sheet. But it must still have a minimum of holding.
See also if manufacturers (Eastern countries? China?) Do not offer absorbers at an attractive price.
