What changes were made in 2009 to French State aid for equipping equipment for sustainable development?
Here is an article from issue 467 / February 2009 of "Que Choisir" which I recommend the purchase or subscription to all econologists (the issue is a bit expensive 4.20 € but without advertising and the tests largely profitable: 4.20 € c is nothing if it allows you to buy better!).
I'm bloated so much their opinions, judgments and tests are good and impartial As evidenced by different passages of this small article, the UFC is (like "us"):
- for energy wood
- against aerothermal (the aerothermal tax credit was a real escrology !!)
- for insulation above all (priority of priorities)
I also appreciate the lack of LANGUAGE of wood that we see more and more in the written press and the media. If it's a product is "crappy" or so-and-so is a con artist: they dare say it HIGH and LARGE!

I would like to clarify a little, concerning the insulation workforce.
The replacement of windows with double glazing is not included.
The text clearly says:

moreover, for houses before 1972, and acquired less than 2 years ago, the tax credit goes up to 40% (nice, that's my case! )

This tax credit applies:
at. (Repealed)
(..)
f) Expenses relating to a building completed more than two years ago, paid between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2012, in respect of:
1° Installation of thermal insulation materials for opaque walls;
2 ° Carrying out, apart from cases where the regulations make it compulsory, the energy performance diagnosis defined in Article L. 134-1 of the Construction and Housing Code. For a single dwelling, only one energy performance diagnosis gives entitlement to the tax credit per five-year period.

Uh a window can not be considered as an insulator !!
On the other hand there is a special trick for the opening:
