Technologically, I don't think there would be any problem putting a small nuclear reactor in intramural Paris ...
But what interest since the cost of its electricity would necessarily be much more expensive than large reactors ...
Ah if there would be an interest: to build a mega district heating network ... nuclear cogeneration !!
But back to earth ... this is obviously not topical in Paris!
